1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "rich11" means the online gaming platform operating at https://rich11.bid and all associated services, products, and subdomains.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" means any individual who registers an account or uses any service offered by rich11.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the rich11 platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or bonus amount credited to a Player's Account that is subject to wagering requirements and is distinct from real-money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it may be withdrawn, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and payment method verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which Balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bets are denominated on rich11.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile site, applications, and all other interfaces through which rich11 services are accessed.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to a statute or regulation includes all amendments and successor legislation.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service on rich11. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. rich11 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account determined to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any remaining funds may be subject to forfeiture.

2.2 Single Account Rule

Each individual player may register and maintain only one Account on rich11. You must not open, operate, or allow a third party to operate any additional accounts under your name, a different name, or any alias. rich11 uses IP address tracking, device fingerprinting, and payment method analysis to detect duplicate accounts. Breach of this rule constitutes a material violation of these Terms.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. rich11 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

rich11 is operated for and directed to players located in Bangladesh. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using rich11 is lawful in their jurisdiction. rich11 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in any location outside Bangladesh.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rich11 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out using your Account credentials will be deemed to have been performed by you, and you accept full liability for all such activity.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify rich11 support immediately by contacting [email protected]. rich11 will investigate reported incidents promptly; however, rich11 accepts no liability for losses sustained before such notification is received.

3.3 Device Security

You are responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access rich11 is free from malware, keyloggers, and other malicious software. rich11 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS, available within your Account settings, to add an additional layer of security to every login.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

rich11 operates a mandatory KYC verification programme. No withdrawal will be processed until verification is complete. The following documents may be requested:

• Proof of Identity: Valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by a Bangladeshi authority.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months showing your registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation showing that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account used for deposits is registered in your name.
• Source of Funds: In cases where large transactions are processed, rich11 may request documentation demonstrating the legitimate source of funds.

rich11 reserves the right to request KYC documents at any point during a Player's lifecycle — not only at withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days of the request may result in Account suspension and, in cases of suspected fraud, forfeiture of funds.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rich11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.

5.2 Deposits

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your rich11 Balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business days to reflect. rich11 does not charge any deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are the sole responsibility of the Player.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically completed within ten minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take two to five business days. rich11 does not impose withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Expedited processing is not guaranteed outside BST business hours.

5.4 Refused and Reversed Transactions

rich11 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal if: (a) the transaction is associated with a fraudulent or duplicate account; (b) KYC verification has not been completed; (c) there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering or financial crime; or (d) a chargeback dispute has been filed against a previous transaction from the same Player. Any chargeback filed by a Player will result in the immediate suspension of their Account pending investigation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Eligibility

All bonuses and promotional offers at rich11 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. General eligibility conditions include: (a) the Player must have a fully verified Account; (b) the Player must not have opted out of marketing communications relating to the relevant offer; and (c) the Player must not have a history of bonus abuse.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any portion of those funds — or winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. Bets placed at odds below the minimum specified in the promotion terms may not contribute to wagering requirements. rich11 publishes all wagering requirements in plain English alongside each offer.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to circumvent wagering requirements through low-risk betting patterns, hedging across markets, or coordinated play with other accounts constitutes bonus abuse. rich11 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the Account of any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

6.4 Expiry

Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Balance without compensation.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on rich11 are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to each product. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. rich11 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases where a technical error has demonstrably affected the bet.
• In the event of a technical failure or interruption during a game round or sports event, rich11 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Balance.
• Palpable errors in odds or game payouts — including manifestly incorrect pricing — will be corrected, and any bets placed at the erroneous value may be voided at rich11's sole discretion.
• For live casino games supplied by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, the rules of the individual game studio govern game outcomes. rich11 does not override studio-level game rules.
• For sports betting markets, rich11 follows industry-standard settlement rules. In cricket betting, the BPL, T20 World Cup, ICC, and Bangladesh Tigers match rules published by the relevant governing body take precedence for event definition purposes.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per day are displayed in the relevant product section. Winnings exceeding these limits will be paid up to the maximum stated limit.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rich11 and will result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false identity or payment information during registration or KYC.
• Operating or benefiting from more than one Account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Colluding with other players at live table games, poker, or any other multi-player format.
• Laundering money or using rich11 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Filing fraudulent chargebacks or initiating payment reversals without a legitimate basis.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rich11 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the rich11 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name rich11, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio, and software — is the exclusive property of rich11 or its licensed content suppliers (including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe). No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or publicly displayed without the prior written consent of rich11. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rich11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, delayed withdrawals caused by payment provider outages, or account access issues caused by the Player's own device or network. rich11's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of the Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Responsible Gaming

rich11 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible within every Player's Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive automatic notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the selected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up reminders displaying your session duration and net profit/loss.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

rich11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe; (c) suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion; (d) receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal; (e) the Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion or account closure; or (f) any other circumstance in which rich11, in its reasonable judgement, considers continued account operation to be contrary to the interests of the Platform or other players. Upon termination for cause, any Bonus Funds held in the Account will be forfeited. Real-money Balance may be returned to the Player following successful KYC verification and an absence of outstanding disputes, at rich11's discretion.

13. Amendments to These Terms

rich11 may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rich11 will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number on record at least seven calendar days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with applicable law or to address an urgent security concern. The revised Terms will be posted at https://rich11.bid/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable principles of international online gaming law and the internal policies of rich11. In the event of a dispute between you and rich11, you should first contact the support team at [email protected] and allow up to 14 business days for a formal response. rich11 is committed to resolving all disputes fairly and in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules before resorting to litigation. Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory consumer rights where applicable.
